Yuzu salt can be described as floral, zesty, bright and exciting. The Yuzu flavour is fresh, bright and slightly tart, closely resembling that of the grapefruit, with overtones of tangerine and Meyer Lemon with hints of Pine. This salt is made with what the Japanese classify as “Snow Salt”. They find it to be the purest sea salt available and its fine granules deliver flavour to each application faster and more uniformly, a wonderfully versatile texture. Yuzu salt is a stimulating sodium alternative that will elevate your menu.

Shelf Stable items: Refrigerate after opening, view best before date. Please follow instructions on packaging.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship perishable items on Friday, they are shipped the following Monday.

Pick Up Orders: Generally ready for pick up within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am-330 pm for pick up.
