Delivery Policy

SECTION 1: NOTIFICATIONS

When you purchase something from our store, you will receive a confirmation email notification. Once your order has been shipped and completed, you will receive another shipped email notification with your tracking number. We recommend to keep a close eye on your tracking number as they will be delivered without a signature, unless requested prior to order processing.

If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam mail box. If you are unable to find in the junk, please reach out using the contact form. Or log into your account profile for more details.

SECTION 2: DAMAGE / LOSS

Review your final email notification with your tracking number, use the link to track your order online for the most up to date delivery information. Mikuni will accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. However, If your order has not moved and is not showing as delivered, please reach out to customer support for help to rectify the problem. Once the item is marked as delivered by the courier it is no longer our responsibility.
