Pearls, Spherical Spicy Olive EVOO Drops / 90 g

Cavairoli is an explosion of flavor that captures the intensity and aroma of quality oils, juices and pastes. This is achieved through an encapsulation technology that allows obtaining a sphere with a texture equal to that of caviar. Each pearl is an explosion of flavour, ranging from magnificent extra virgin olive oil to all kinds of flavored oils and vinegars. Showcased here are Spherifications of olive juice (crushed table olives) with an intense olive flavor and a touch of chipotle, a smoked Mexican chili. Spheres approximately 20 mm in diameter with a liquid interior that burst in your mouth when you bite them. ~18 drops per jar. The spherical olives are contained in a mixture of brine and extra virgin olive oil to improve their conservation and so that when they are removed from the jar they have a thin layer of high quality oil that gives them shine and a great aroma. The spicy spherical olives have a reddish color that differentiates them from the classic green olives.

Store in cool, dry places away from sources of light, heat and strong odors. The ideal temperature range is from 6ºC to 26ºC. Refrigerate after opening, maintain temperature of 2°C or lower. Once open, shelf life is 1 month. Keep the pearls covered in their own covering oil. Product of Spain.
