This Spanish Sherry vinegar is aged in the same Tuthilltown Bourbon barrels as our NOBLE Maple Syrup. You will find this custom crafted vinegar versatile and nuanced with hints of maple, bourbon, oak and of course the nutty rich flavor of sherry.
This vinegar has a 6% acidity and is best utilized in a cooking capacity, such as to brighten up a marinara sauce or to add acidity and a depth of flavor. Deglaze your pan with the 03 and sauté mushrooms to unlock a whole new level of flavors!
