Namikura Sesame Miso is a lighter style miso. Its's fermented with Chunks of Yuzu fruit and Yuzu zest. It's aged 3 months which allows the floral aroma notes to develop, as well as the semi-tart yuzu flavor to stand out. Miso can be used in many different ways, and is quite versatile.
